Remember ‘The One Where Gino Cooked Completely Naked’? This Morning has just relived the unforgettable moment as part of its Throwback Thursday so we can bask in all its glory.
It was back in 2011 when the celebrity chef had vowed to cook stark bollock naked if the ITV show won a National TV Award.
“Four months ago, Gino D’Acampo said, ‘If we win a NTA, he would cook naked, ” Holly explains in the archive footage, before Phillip Schofield announces: “Well we did so that means the moment has arrived.”
Holly insisted that she was maintaining eye contact – but clearly Phil wasn’t, as he pointed out Gino was wearing a “thing” over his… thing.
Gino reluctantly removed his patriotic penis sock, lamenting: “Someone knitted it for me – I thought it was cute!”
Oh, and he was cooking bistecca di pancetta for those who want to recreate the dish at home… Fully clothed is recommended.
