Gino D’Acampo was warned about his on-set behaviour in 2019 while filming with Gordon Ramsay and Fred Sirieix, sources have said.
D’Acampo has been accused this week of making inappropriate sexual comments while working on a string of ITV programmes since 2011.
His legal team said he “firmly denied” the “deeply upsetting” allegations, some of which relate to the show Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip.
The travel programme starred Ramsay and was co-produced by his production company, Studio Ramsay.
Producers have claimed that concerns were raised in 2018 about behaviour during filming for the first series that year.
Sources said that before filming began on series two, the three stars of the show – D’Acampo, Ramsay and Sirieix – were gathered in a meeting and warned about the behaviour that was expected of them.
It is understood that all production companies involved in the show were present, including Objective Media Group, Studio Ramsay, and ITV.

There are no allegations of inappropriate behaviour relating to either Ramsay or Sirieix.
Allegations against D’Acampo were first reported by ITV, which included claims that he made inappropriate comments about a colleague’s breasts while working on Gordon, Gino and Fred in 2018.
It has been claimed that a briefing on expected behaviour was held in 2019, and that this was followed by further interventions.
In 2023, producer Objective Media Group spoke to D’Acampo regarding expected behaviour while working on Gino & Fred: Emission Impossible, the company has said.
D’Acampo was also spoken to by Betty TV producers about expected behaviour on Gino’s Italy: Secrets of the South, and ITV was notified, it is understood.
Recorded episodes of ITV’s Family Fortunes, hosted by D’Acampo, will not be aired following claims about his alleged behaviour.
An ITV News report has claimed that one incident involved the presenter telling a woman he wanted to have anal sex with her over a kitchen counter in front of a crew during a magazine shoot in 2011.

Another woman claimed D’Acampo made her consider leaving her job when he opened the door in his boxers and started making jokes about his penis during a briefing before a location shoot.
Studio Ramsay told ITV that it would take “all allegations of inappropriate behaviour and workplace misconduct seriously, promptly investigate, and take appropriate remedial action when warranted”.
Objective Media Group stated that it also “takes the welfare and wellbeing of all its production staff and teams incredibly seriously” and included “behavioural clauses in talent contracts”.
D’Acampo has denied all allegations against him, saying: “Not only have these allegations never been raised with me before, I have been repeatedly supported by executives at the highest level and was commissioned on prime-time programmes during the period in which it is now suggested I was acting inappropriately.
“I am a father, husband and have worked with well over 1,500 people on around 80 productions in my career, which I have been so proud of. I take such matters extremely seriously and the suggestion that I have acted in an improper way against is deeply upsetting.”
