Actor Patrick Wilson may be starring in superhero blockbuster Aquaman next year, but it’s his super-human body that was turning heads on Sunday night.

Going for a jog on the Gold Coast, where he’s currently in town filming the DC Comics film, the ageless actor flaunted his oiled up body during an evening run.

Clearly in good shape, the 43-year-old worked up a sweat as he jogged along a park’s footpath, catching the last few rays of sunshine of the typically pleasant day.

On his jog, the actor cut an athletic figure as he showed off his abs.

Evidently, he found the workout quite strenuous, removing his black tank top and tucking it into his navy blue shorts as he exercised.

The Golden Globe-nominated actor teamed his active wear with bright red Nike trainers.

Seemingly a fan of the brand, Patrick also rocked black Nike socks with white detailing.

Patrick isn’t the only Aquaman star to have been spotted getting some exercise in during their downtime in Queensland.

Patrick’s Aquaman colleague and Game Of Thrones star Jason Momoa was also seen enjoying the heat this weekend.

The 37-year-old was snapped yesterday out and about shirtless and barefoot in the Sunshine State and happily posed for selfies with local fans.

Patrick and Jason are part of a star-studded cast on Aquaman, which also includes Amber Heard, Willem Dafoe and Nicole Kidman.
