The 51-year-old actor took to Instagram on Sunday to show off his superfit bod, flaunting his bulging biceps and his insanely toned torso as he poses in the mirror for a shirtless selfie.
To which we say: have mercy!
“51 no filters F’ it,” the former Full House star wrote as the caption to the shot, in which his flawless frame is on full display.
As for Stamos’ secret to his perfectly chiseled chest? Well, it may come as a bit of a surprise…
“I started Pilates,” the handsome thesp revealed during an episode of The Talk back in 2012. “I’m the only guy in there. They plot before I get there: ‘How can we make John look ridiculous?’ Because every exercise involves like my legs up like I’m in stirrups or something”
“But the good thing is, I have a beautiful woman’s body now,” he continued before deadpanning, “I have a great ass now.”
And great abs, too.
