Nicole Williams-English and Larry English are putting their marriage back in the spotlight on Hulu’s new reality series The Girls: A Khloé Kardashian Project. The couple, who previously appeared on WAGS LA from 2015 to 2017, have been together for more than a decade. While their relationship appeared strong from the outside, the new series reveals that they have recently faced challenges in making time for each other.

Nicole and Larry first met at a mutual friend’s birthday party in 2011. Nicole, who was living in New York at the time, was visiting Los Angeles after going through a difficult breakup. Larry immediately became interested in her, but Nicole was initially hesitant to pursue a relationship.

According to Nicole, she deliberately kept her distance and did not give Larry her phone number that night. He eventually contacted her through mutual friends, but she made him wait two months before going on their first date. Looking back, Nicole said she was still recovering from her previous relationship and simply was not ready to date.

Their relationship developed gradually, with friendship becoming an important part of their connection. Larry eventually proposed during the Season 2 finale of WAGS, and the couple married in 2017, as shown during the show’s third-season finale.

Nearly a decade after their wedding, Nicole and Larry are now navigating a different stage of their relationship. During the premiere of The Girls, Nicole admitted to her friends that intimacy and quality time had become less of a priority in their busy lives. Throughout the season, however, the couple worked on reconnecting and making more time for one another.

Nicole has credited their long-standing friendship as one of the main reasons their marriage has remained strong. She explained that they originally enjoyed spending time together, traveling and doing activities as a couple, creating a foundation that continued into their marriage.

The couple also shares one child. Their daughter, India Moon, was born in January 2023. Nicole and Larry announced her pregnancy at a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit fashion show in July 2022.

Parenthood has added another dimension to their relationship, and the possibility of expanding their family was even discussed during the finale of The Girls. Larry brought up the idea of giving India a sibling, and Nicole appeared open to the possibility.

For now, Nicole Williams-English and Larry English remain together. While The Girls shows that their marriage has gone through periods of difficulty, the couple appears committed to strengthening their relationship and maintaining the connection that brought them together in the first place.
