PHILLIP Schofield was spotted stocking up on vapes while shopping in London 16 months after his This Morning axe.

The 62-year-old was pictured with six packs of e-cigarettes in his hands as he left a shop.

Phillip opted for a casual look while he was pictured out and about in West London.

The star wore a grey and black hoodie and grey jeans.

He completed the look with a black of black trainers.

Phillip is best known for presenting This Morning.

The former ITV star joined the show in 2002.

He presented This Morning alongside co-star Holly Willoughby from 2009.

In May 2023 Phillip stepped down from his presenting role following an ongoing feud with Holly.

It was later was revealed he’d been lying about having an affair with a younger member of the show’s production staff.

Phillip has kept a low profile over the past year.

But has been seen out in recent months.

Phil returned to social media for the first time in a year back in May.

In July he was all smiles in rare public appearance as he arrived at the British Grand Prix by helicopter.

Two months prior Phillip was seen laughing and joking with ITV star Declan Donnelly.

He was also seen stepping out to walk his adorable puppy near his London home.

Phillip left This Morning in May last year after 21 years.

He released a statement in full following his off-air controversy.

It read: “I have always been proud to cover fascinating stories on This Morning, but recently, This Morning itself has become the story.

“Throughout my career in TV – including the very difficult last few days – I have always done my best to be honourable and kind.

“I understand that ITV has decided the current situation can’t go on and I want to do what I can to protect the show that I love.

“So I have agreed to step down from This Morning with immediate effect, in the hope that the show can move forward to a bright future.

“I’d like to thank everyone what has supported me – especially This Morning’s amazing viewers.”

Then in October 2023 Holly left the show.
