Season 3 of ‘Ginny & Georgia’ premiered on June 5

In Netflix’s Ginny & Georgia, Georgia Miller (Brianne Howey) is in the middle of a complicated love square — but in real life, she’s been married to Matt Ziering since 2021.
Season 3 of the comedy-drama series — which premiered on June 5 — picks up with Georgia’s post-wedding arrest. Now, everyone around her, including her new husband Mayor Paul Randolph (Scott Porter) and daughter Ginny (Antonia Gentry), must decide if they’ve reached their breaking point with the charming Southern belle.
Paul and Ginny aren’t the only ones interested in this case — there’s also Joe (Raymond Ablack), who has been pining after the single mom for years, and her ex Zion (Nathan Mitchell), who’s also Ginny’s father.
In real life, the actors’ love lives are far less dramatic. Porter wed Kelsey Mayfield in 2013, while Ablack and Mitchell are both single.
Here’s everything to know about the real-life partners of the Ginny & Georgia cast.
1. Brianne Howey and Matt Ziering

Ziering, a lawyer, was celebrating taking the bar exam when he met Howey at a bar — and continued seeing her for days afterwards.
“We ran into each other three nights in a row at a couple bars in Los Angeles,” Howey recalled to Los Angeles Magazine in 2021.
Ziering added, “Wasn’t totally random, but we had some mutual friends and now we’re here!”
Howey and Ziering got married on July 24, 2021, in the garden of a family home in Palos Verdes, Calif. They ended the night with Son of a Gun fried chicken sandwiches and a Spice Girls dance party, she told PEOPLE.
They welcomed their first child, a daughter whose name they have yet to reveal, in June 2023.
2. Antonia Gentry

Gentry, who portrays Georgia’s introspective teenage daughter Ginny, is currently single.
However in May 2025, Gentry told PEOPLE that she can relate to her character’s dating life.
“I definitely had a crush on a Marcus-type in high school,” she said of her costar Felix Mallard’s character. “I was very much into the brooding sort of artist, skater dude.”
3. Scott Porter and Kelsey Mayfield

Porter, who plays kind and loyal Mayor Paul Randolph, has been married to Mayfield for more than a decade.
Porter and Mayfield wed in 2013. The couple’s dog, Truffle, served as the flower girl.
Since then, they’ve welcomed two children — son McCoy in 2015 and daughter Clover in 2017.
In May 2025, Porter told PEOPLE that the secret to their long-lasting marriage is their dedication to being true partners.
“She picks me up so often. I’m there for her when she needs me, and we always just check in with each other. ‘What’s your battery at? Are you at 50%? I can carry a little bit extra load today.’ She does the same thing for me,” he said.
4. Felix Mallard

Mallard, who portrays Ginny’s emotionally complex love interest Marcus Baker, is not known to be dating anyone.
While Mallard is very private about his personal life, he isn’t secretive about his hopes for Ginny and Marcus, who split in Ginny & Georgia season 2.
“Of course [I hope they end up together]. I think they both love each other,” he told Pucker Up’s Joely Live in May 2025. “There’s nothing stopping them from being together except themselves.”
5. Sara Waisglass and Givan Pradhan

Sara Waisglass, who plays Marcus’ energetic sister Maxine Baker, went Instagram official with Givan Pradhan in February 2024.
In May 2025, they made their red carpet debut at the Ginny & Georgia season 3 premiere.
6. Katie Douglas

Katie Douglas, who portrays Ginny’s friend Abby Littman, hasn’t shared if she’s dating anyone.
In January 2024, the actress told BuzzFeed Canada that, growing up, her celebrity crushes included Kurt Cobain, Jeff Buckley and Heath Ledger.
7. Chelsea Clark

Chelsea Clark, who plays Ginny’s friend Norah, appears to be single.
In June 2025, the actress told ELLE Canada that she enjoys spending her free time with the “people I love” and her dogs, Sally and Lunetta.
8. Jennifer Robertson

Jennifer Robertson, who portrays Marcus and Maxine’s mother Ellen Baker, hasn’t commented on her relationship status in a decade.
She has been married, per a 2015 profile in Vancouver Is Awesome. Robertson welcomed a daughter named Lola in 2010.
9. Raymond Ablack

Ablack, who plays Blue Farm Café owner and Georgia’s potential love interest Joe, also appears to be single.
While Ablack stays fairly private about his personal life, the actor has been vocal about Joe being the best man for Georgia.
“There’s nothing that Joe needs to exploit or gain from [Georgia]. I feel he just wants to love her, and if that’s also compatible with Georgia, I think they’d be a good match for each other,” he told Netflix’s Tudum in January 2023.
10. Nathan Mitchell

Nathan Mitchell, who portrays Georgia’s ex and Ginny’s dad Zion Miller, isn’t known to be dating anyone.
When Netflix’s Tudum asked Mitchell who Georgia should ultimately end up with, the actor had no hesitation in choosing Zion.
“When it comes to Zion and Georgia, it’s not a choice. They’re always going to love each other,” he said. “Zion will always understand Georgia, and he can handle everything she is. His calming vibe complements her fiery nature. I think Zion is the man for Georgia.”
