Good Morning Britain host Richard Madeley was left red-faced on Wednesday’s edition of the ITV show

Richard Madeley was left blushing during one interview on Wednesday’s Good Morning Britain thanks to a cheeky comment.
In the episode, Richard, 68, and his co-host Susanna Reid chatted with legendary singer Bonnie Tyler. As Richard noted her over 50-year marriage to husband Robert Sullivan and probed for the secret to their lasting love, Bonnie, 73, said: “We travel together, he travels with me, thank God!”
The Total Eclipse Of The Heart hitmaker reminisced about not enjoying tours in the 80s without her other half, leading to Robert joining her on the road after she considered residency shows.
This prompted Richard to comment: “So it’s more time together rather than less time together?” to which Bonnie cheekily replied: “More time together and he’s not bad to look at, like you!”
This teasing remark sent the studio into laughter while an embarrassed Richard tried to deflect, exclaiming: “No, no, let’s not go there!”
Despite his protests, the camera zoomed in on his face as he begged: “Go on… no, no, move on, come on, come on, stop that!”, reports the Manchester Evening News.
Spotting his discomfort a chuckling Bonnie observed: “He’s blushing!” and Susanna also couldn’t help but laugh along, confirming: “He is!” as Richard replied: “Stop it!” Sensing Richard’s awkwardness, Susanna joked: “We’re rather enjoying this moment, Richard” to which he insisted: “I’m going to let this moment pass!”
Continuing the interview, Bonnie said that her husband Robert still goes training every other night as he used to be a Judo Olympian Champion.
Susanna couldn’t resist a playful tease, asking: “Will he mind that you’ve just told Richard Madeley how handsome he is?” to which Bonnie light-heartedly responded: “No, he’s not the jealous type!” prompting Richard to humorously add: “Thank God, because if he’s a black belt, I’m in trouble!”
The interview then went over to Andi Peters’ competition segment to which he teased: “Thank you lovely Susanna and thank you beautiful Richard” to which Richard retorted: “Do your job!”
