According to US Weekly , Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce ‘s love story culminated in a lavish wedding at Madison Square Garden in New York. The wedding, which brought together a host of Hollywood and sports superstars, was kept highly private, even down to the invitations.

The singer walked down a “super-long aisle” during the string quartet’s transition, recreating the melody of her billion-view hit Love Story before exchanging vows with football player Travis Kelce.

Both were visibly moved during this sacred moment. A source shared: “The heartfelt vows brought back memories for everyone of when they first met and the journey that led them here.”

“Travis even shed more tears than Taylor. They shared very personal details and stories that even some of their closest guests had never heard,” another guest revealed.

According to People , the source shared that the couple’s vows lasted 20 minutes. “During that time, Taylor talked about how Travis, even as a sports star, always sat with and protected the bullied kids during lunchtime when he was in high school,” the source said.

The couple’s wedding was officiated by renowned comedian Adam Sandler. Taylor Swift’s younger brother, Austin, served as the best man, while Jason Kelce, Travis Kelce’s brother, was the principal groomsman. Jason Kelce’s three young daughters scattered white and pink rose petals along the bride’s aisle. Immediately after the couple exchanged vows, a giant screen outside Madison Square Garden displayed the message: “JusT&T Married!”.

Meanwhile, Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid sent his blessings and a message to the couple: “Kiss each other whenever you have the chance, every day. Whether it’s before bed or before work, go ahead and kiss her.”
