She began her career working on a children’s television show before becoming a firm favourite on daytime TV hosting This Morning with Phillip Schofield.

But it wasn’t an easy ride to the top as the 36-year-old had one embarrassing moment as a presenter on ITV’s Saturday morning show Ministry of Mayhem.

Unearthed footage shows the bubbly star dancing her way across the floor when she flashes her nipple live on TV.

Her energetic dance moves couldn’t handle her ample assets as her breast popped out of her strappy top.

She made the error of going braless in the ensemble and Holly admitted the mishap taught her a valuable lesson to “always wear an earthquake-proof bra”.

“That was probably my most embarrassing moment on TV,” she once said.

She was better known as ‘Polly with the Trolley’ and appeared alongside Stephen Mulhern on the popular and messy segment of the morning show, Cakey sk8.

The successful presenter met her husband TV producer Dan Baldwin on set of Ministry of Mayhem and they now have three children together.

Holly’s career has gone from leaps and bounds since her early days on children’ shows.

She has since been a regular on TV screens including co-hosting Dancing on Ice, The Voice, Surprise Surprise, Play to the Whistle, Meet the Parents, Celebrity Juice and has presented alongside Phillip on This Morning since 2009.

The star was also recently unveiled as the new brand ambassador of Diet Coke which adds to her long list of other endorsements such as Garnier, Oral-B and Very.
