Outlander fans ‘work out’ major Faith Fraser twist after Claire reveal
Outlander season 8 has shared a major revelation about Claire and fans think it’s an important clue.

Outlander season 8 episode 3 was packed with plenty of twists and turns this week, with Jamie (Sam Heughan) showing his jealous side after Claire (Caitriona Balfe) receives a letter from her former husband Lord John Grey (David Berry).
However, the biggest bombshell comes when Claire’s medical expertise is called upon at the Ridge, as she’s asked to help a mother called Susannah (Estella Daniels) deliver twins.
While the first baby arrives without any problems, Jamie sees the second baby is dead after mouth-to-mouth doesn’t work.
However, Claire refuses to give up and there is a sudden flashback to when she gave birth to Faith, with Master Raymond (Dominique Pinon) saying: “Everyone has a color about them. All around them like a cloud. Yours is blue.”

Back in the present, Claire and the baby become surrounded by blue light and the little girl starts breathing, leaving both Jamie and Claire stunned.
Following the revelation that Claire has powers, she remembers when she was dying after giving birth to Faith.
In the scene, Claire had felt a pale blue light wash through her as Master Raymond placed his hands on her.
Claire wonders if this is how Faith was able to survive, as we previously learned she did somehow escape death thanks to Master Raymond’s magic.
Fans took to social media to share their thoughts on Claire’s new powers, with some agreeing the scene “confirmed” how Faith had been able to survive.

On X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan wrote: “So Claire saved the baby and it was all blue around her like master Raymond said she had was a color of blue, when she lost faith.
“She must now possess the same powers as master Raymond and this definitely could be how faith survived. He did what Claire just did.”
Another asked: “So the faith storyline is truly canon?? She was alive?? Does Claire’s healing powers confirm that?”
