Naked photos of Tom Daley have leaked online.

One of the pictures shows the 23-year-old Olympic diver naked with his bum sticking in the air suggestively.

In another selfie, he lies in bed staring at the camera with his Olympic ring clearly visible on his finger.

Last year it emerged that Tom indulged in sexy Snapchats with a Liverpool-based man while on a temporary break from his Oscar-winning husband Dustin Lance Black in 2016.

The newly leaked photos are from around the same time – long before Tom’s marriage.

A close friend of Tom’s told Mirror Online: “The pictures are old. From 2016, way before Tom and Lance were married.

“They are from a time where they split for a few months, which they have both talked about previously, but they reunited.”

Last year, Tom’s then fiancé said the couple are stronger than ever following a secret split before their engagement.

At the time, speaking to The Sun , screenwriter Dustin – who is called Lance by friends – said diver Tom told him everything that happened, but added they’d been separated at that point so what Tom did in his private life during that time was his own business.

“Tom and I talked about anything and everything that went on. That’s the secret to how we are so close and can survive tough times,” he said.

Dustin said the couple “didn’t tell a lot of people” about their seven-month split, which came as a mutual decision after hectic work schedules and living in different countries took its toll.

“What Tom did in that time was his personal business,” added Dustin.

Tom, 22, had a busy year in 2016 with the Rio Olympics, while Dustin, 42, is an in-demand Hollywood writer and Oscar winner who recently wrapped production on a new mini-series called When We Rise.

But after their schedules quietened down a bit, the pair realised they couldn’t live without each other and rekindled their romance.

Dustin said: “Adjustments had to be made to make sure that we are never separated for any reason including work ever again. Part of that process is also why we’ve actually now set a date for our wedding. We finally set a date and things are very good.”

Tom, meanwhile, said he’d never actually met up with anyone in real life during his time apart from Dustin, and it would never happen again now he’s back with Dustin and planning their wedding.

“This will absolutely never happen again now that we’re getting married,” said Tom. “The date is set, and we’re raring and ready to go for that wedding now.”

They became engaged in October 2015 before marrying last year.

The couple met at an industry event, where Tom made the first move by typing his mobile phone number into Dustin’s phone along with a message to call him.

And marriage talk came quickly.

“Quite honestly, we talked about marriage within the first two weeks after seeing each other the first time in LA,” Tom told OUT magazine in 2016.

Dustin added: “We were so busy making all these plans – we both wanted to have children; we both wanted to build a home of our own someday. I draw, so I was sketching little plans for houses on cliffs overlooking oceans, while Tom watched over my shoulder – it was a very grown-up version of playing house.

“Marriage is the foundation to all of these other big plans we have. So we knew we were going to get engaged—it was just a matter of when, and who does it.”
