TOM Hardy wants everyone to know he’s “not remotely ashamed” of his hilarious MySpace photos.
Photos from the Mad Max hunk’s now-deleted account did the rounds recently, showing the 37-year-old actor in a series of goofy poses, posting a couple in nothing but his tighty-whiteys.
The British-born actor even shared deep thoughts like: “I am a goldfish walking through a desert” on his profile.
But Hardy says he has absolutely no regrets about the personal account from his pre-fame days.
“I’ve got no shame about my MySpace photos, especially the one of me in my underpants, which is a glorious photo of a man in his natural habitat,” he told Sky News.
“In my tighty-whitey budgie smugglers. In America, they say ‘you should be ashamed of this’ but I’m actually not remotely ashamed — that is me in my natural habitat, thank you.
“I might not be an Adonis, but I like to think of myself as an Adonis in that photo,” the star added.
We’re not quite sure what this says about Hardy’s “natural habitat”, but it’s moments like this that we thank the internet for allowing gems such as these to live on forever.
