LAURA Tobin showed off her legs on Good Morning Britain today as Piers Morgan joked she needed them massaged before the show so they looked “less bottle white”.

The weather presenter’s pins went viral last week when they appeared to “magically change colour” midway through the show.

The 37-year-old started Friday’s show with bare legs – but moments later was seen walking across the studio in a pair of black tights leaving viewers mystified.

Clearly keen to keep pulling her leg, Piers, 54, told viewers this morning that Laura’s pins were now “more important” than the rest of the team.

As she showed off her toned legs in a bright red miniskirt, Piers moaned that he had to wait to get his make-up applied because the artist had been too busy rubbing Laura’s legs.

He said: “First off I got a bowl of porridge this morning that would have been rejected by most prisoners.

“Then my lovely make-up artist was preoccupied with massaging Laura Tobin’s legs, trying to make them look less bottle white.

“That’s fine, but as the seconds and minutes tick by, we got to three minutes to six, I was like, ‘Is there actually any danger of you removing your hands from Laura’s thighs and putting on my face?’ which is not a movement I would have normally protested about.”

As the camera panned to Laura, she protested: “The legs were very white!”

Piers then added: “So if you’re wondering why I’ve only got half make-up on, that is why, because Laura’s legs were deemed more important, a bigger priority for the team.”

Co-host Susanna Reid also opted for a vibrant red dress today and complimented Piers’ new haircut in a bid to make him feel a little better.

On Friday host Ben Shephard had welcomed Laura on set and said: “As Laura sashays onto the desk, we’ve made it to Friday!”

She shot back: “With a different pair of legs. I had no tights on a second ago! It’s a bit colder than I thought.”

Co-host Kate Garraway then added: “You’re pointing out the flaws. Don’t tell people!”
