OH MY VORD
Sky-high libido, space sex fantasy & lovers on rotation, ‘proud MILF’ Carol Vorderman’s raunchiest bedroom confessions
CAROL Vorderman often makes our jaws drop with her age-defying looks and sizzling snaps, but it seems she’s no stranger to sharing a saucy sex confession either.
The television star, 65, shot to fame in the 1980s when she began co-hosting Countdown and has been a crush for many viewers ever since.

13Carol has remained busy with her TV career for the past four decades, but it appears she’s also become a very open book when it comes to discussing her bedroom antics.
Just days ago, the sexy star fronted a bold new JD Williams campaign igniting a national conversation about the term “MILF” and whether it’s time to reclaim it, rethink it or retire it altogether.
Carol said: “I’ve lived through a time when women were often overlooked, judged or expected to fade quietly into the background.
“I remember being 39 and wearing a short dress that felt fabulous to me, only for it to become front-page news about ‘should a woman of 39 wear a dress above the knee!’
“’Those experiences could have knocked my confidence, but instead they taught me the importance of owning your life on your own terms.’”
Not afraid to use the term “MILF”, the Bedford-born celeb, who oozes sex appeal, added: “Now, at 65, I feel more powerful, confident and at home in my body than ever.
“I want to encourage women to reclaim the narrative around this stage of life – to embrace their strength, their beauty, and their desire to live fully without apology.
“For me, it’s about celebrating midlife as a time of courage, happiness and freedom – a chance to live fearlessly and on our own terms.”
But just what does this “proud MILF” really get up to when the cameras aren’t rolling?
Here, we take a look at Carol’s hottest bedroom confessions – from admitting she has a sky-high libido, to sharing all on having multiple “special friends.”
Juggling her ‘special friends’
For the past decade, Carol has been open about having “no-strings-attached” relationships with multiple men – who she calls her “special friends.”
In January 2023, she told The Sun: “I might have a boyfriend who only lasts a few months.
“I call them ‘special friends.’ People may have other terms for them.”
On Michelle Visage’s Rule Breakers podcast, Carol added she was single and “in a happy place”.
She gushed: “I’m having the best time. I have a system which I’ve had for 10 years. They’re called ‘special friends’.”
The star explained that her relationships with her “special friends” go way back, as she confirmed: “One’s 11 years, one’s seven years – you know everyone is single. It’s a happy place.
“I hasten to add I’m not into one night stands.”
On This Morning, Carol discussed how “half of first marriages end in divorce and nearly three quarters of second marriages end in divorce.”

13To this, she confirmed: “I have ignored looking for one person and I have a number of what I’ve called ‘special friends’.
“This is a time to break this nonsense taboo, which is that a person should only be looking for one other person that satisfies everything in their life. That’s hell.
“They don’t know each other, but they know about it. It’s a very honest relationship. One of them has gone on for many years more than my marriage.”
Not only this, but she’s also previously told You: “My ‘special friends’. I’m continuing with that system and it’s working very well.
“I’m not a jealous person and I’m happy when my friends are happy, whether they are ‘special friends’ or not.
“The goal of my life is to be happy, not to be in love. I just find people interesting and life interesting.”
But back in 2024, Carol revealed she had ditched two of her “special friends” as she shared an update on her “free-spirited” dating life.
In a new interview with The Times, Carol admitted she was down to three “special friends”.
She explained with a shrug: “Life’s moved on, it’s free-spirited. There’s no ownership but it works.
“I haven’t had many relationships but I’ve had a couple of bad ones – they’re a gamble.”
She acknowledged: “I love being single. I couldn’t think of anything worse than being with a full-time partner.
“Most women, even happily married ones, would say if something happened to their partner they’d feel the same. They say to me, ‘Yay! Good for you!’”
Carol’s ‘very nice’ toyboy
Back in 2012, Carol – who has been married twice – struck up a romance with former Red Arrow and RAF pilot Graham Duff.
At the time, Carol was 52 and her younger man was 37, 15 years her junior.
And when asked about how she stays in great shape, Carol made a pretty cheeky confession.
The Mirror reported: “I’m not allowed to say because I will get into trouble but it’s a three-letter word and it starts with S.”
Carol also described her relationship with Graham as “very nice”.
13Carol and Graham split in 2014 after two years of dating.
At the time, a spokesperson for Carol said: “It’s sad for both of them but Carol felt it had naturally run its course as relationships sometimes do.”
Reflecting on her toyboy romance, Carol shared: “I’m not opposed to going out with someone ten years younger, it’s acceptable. But Duffy was 14 years younger – that was a bit silly really.”
Despite the split, Carol revealed she was hoping to stay single for a “long ol’ while,” as she explained: “I’m happily single, freely independent and doing my own thing.
“The best thing about being single is being able to do what you want. If I want to lie in, I will. Or I’ll go see a friend, without having to check in with anyone. I can’t bear checking in.”
Mission to romp in space
Back in 2018, whilst appearing on Loose Women, Carol revealed she would love to be the first person to have sex in space.
Speaking on the show, she said: “I would like to go to space and do naughty things in space.”
6 sex positions to tone your body
ZAVA, the online healthcare provider specialising in weight loss, has found that women are engaging far more muscles than they might think during sex.
Doctor Crystal Wyllie says: “The UK is facing a growing health challenge, with obesity rates continuing to rise and many people struggling to find ways to stay active.
“The good news is that exercise doesn’t always have to be long, painful, or confined to the gym.
“Activities that are fun and engaging, even those in the bedroom, can help increase your heart rate, activate major muscle groups, and burn calories, all while enjoying yourself.”

Panellist Nadia Sawalha then interjected: “Basically she wants to be the first person to have sex in space!”
To this, Carol quickly fired back: “Not by myself,” acknowledging she’d want someone to accompany her on her adventures.
She then added: “I do like astronauts. One of my exes was a commander at the international space station.”
Rough sex
In 2022, Carol appeared on Gogglebox alongside Gyles Brandreth, where a conversation sparked about “rough sex”.
Speaking to her pal, Carol asked Gyles: “Have you ever tried the rough sex?”

13To this, he replied: “To be honest, I’ve never tried rough sex. I’ve never tried any of that!”
Clearly shocked, Carol insinuated what she gets up to in the bedroom, as she asked: “Really? Do you feel as though you’ve missed out in life?”
Gyles then laughed and replied: “My wife said to me, ‘we’ve had three children and now we’ve discovered what causes it we can put a stop to it.’”
Sky-high libido
As well as touching on “rough sex,” Carol has previously been open about taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT medication) alongside plant-derived natural bio-identical hormones.
The star dubbed this combination to be the reason behind her incredible curves and award-winning booty, which won her the Rear of the Year title in both 2011 and 2014.
In 2019, Carol told the MailOnline the drugs hormone replacement was “great for boosting libido”, cheekily admitting: “I get up to a lot of mischief.”
“And — though I’m not sure — I think this could be another reason why my bust has got bigger,” she added.
“I don’t want to settle down. I’m enjoying my freedom.”
Doesn’t need dating apps
In 2021, Carol revealed she has been inundated with messages from “men and women” after joining celebrity dating app Raya.
But the mum-of-two made it clear she wasn’t looking for anything long-term.
In fact, she claimed she only stayed on the app for a short period of time before realising it wasn’t her “scene”.
She told The Sun: “A mate of mine said it would be a laugh. A lot of LA people made contact, men and women, funnily enough, but it’s not my scene.”
She then added: “I’m quite happy with my usual way of doing things. But life is never dull.”

13Indeed, Carol previously revealed she “got enough of all that business as it is” without the need to join a dating app.
She said: “It’s your choice if you have a boyfriend or you don’t.
“I might have a boyfriend who only lasts a few months…but I’m happy living my life that way.
“The people involved are also very happy about it. That’s between us, it’s nothing at all to do with anybody else.
“The first rule is: do no harm, so for me that means only single people, obviously.”
Carol is clear too, that choosing to live this life should hold no shame.
She continued: “I have a very full, happy, exciting and adventurous life. And it makes me laugh every day. It’s ridiculous and it’s fantastic.
“I think many people are living that life but are too frightened to say. There are a lot of fresh divorcees coming into their 50s and the majority wouldn’t want to get married again.
“They’d say: ‘Maybe I’d like someone, maybe a few people. I didn’t know I wanted to do this, but I want to explore this now.’”
