Rachel suffered a wardrobe malfunction when her dress burst open live on air earlier this month.
But it turns out that wasn’t the first time the Strictly Come Dancing beauty’s dress has betrayed her.
In a throwback clip found by Daily Star Online, a tight dress caused a bit of a problem for the 31-year-old.

But it appeared the dress was a little too tight as Rachel suffered yet another wardrobe let-down.
Rachel seemed to be suffering a bad case of alert nipple as her assets looked to be poking through the skimpy dress.
The dress featured asymmetric sleeves, appearing to show that she hadn’t been wearing a bra.

But the nipple flash could also be something of an optical illusion.
The dress featured a pleated detail, which could explain the mix up.

Rachel previously wore a bondage-style dress that was dangerously short.
She’s also a fan of low-cut numbers, recently flaunting cleavage in a very skimpy dress.
