BODY GOALS
Jesy Nelson makes candid admission about her boobs and belly as she shares sweet snap in bra with her baby twins
Jesy’s twins spent time in NICU after their birth
JESY Nelson said she finally feels proud of her body after “33 years of extreme dieting” after giving birth to twins Ocean Jade and Story Monroe.
The newly engaged star posed for three striking black-and-white photos in underwear while holding her baby girls.
For over a decade, we watched her as the “CFO of Little Mix Style,” performing the role of a pop goddess while fighting a silent war with her own reflection. But as of April 2026, Jesy Nelson has officially shut down the “extreme dieting” department and signed the most important contract of her life: Unconditional Self-Love. 📸💦
I spent 33 years thinking my body was a “broken product” that needed a factory reset. I sweated through every trend, every diet, and every “market crash” of my self-esteem just to realize that my “biggest flaws” were actually the blueprints for my greatest legacy: Ocean Jade and Story Monroe. ⚖️🥵
I didn’t just give my fans my music; I gave the industry every ounce of my confidence until I had zero in my emotional bank account. I sat in front of mirrors wishing for a flatter belly and a smaller waist, almost performing a “hostile takeover” on my own chest with a boob job. 💸🥵
But then came the “Milan-level” drama of my pregnancy. Being diagnosed with Twin-to-Twin Transfusion Syndrome (TTTS) wasn’t just a medical emergency; it was a total reality check. I sat in that hospital room, watching those “dizzying” monitors, realizing that my body wasn’t an ornament—it was a life-support system. 😱🔥
HIM (My past self): “I need to snap back. I need to look like the girl in the music video.” ME (The Mother): “I just need my girls to breathe. I just need them to defy the odds.” (Yeah, go ahead and stare—I was a “complete meal” of a fool for ever doubting this machine! 🤡🚿)
The “shocking” truth didn’t just leak; it exploded in the NICU. While I was dreaming of a perfect “post-baby body,” I was actually watching my daughters fight for their lives through a million wires and masks. 📸💦 The money I sweated for? The fame I built? It couldn’t buy them health. Only my “squishier” belly and my “lower” boobs could provide the first home they ever knew. ⚖️🥵
-
The Assets: A belly that defied the odds of TTTS.
-
The Dividend: Two healthy, “strong little girls” who are the best gift I’ve ever been handed.
-
The Write-Off: 33 years of “extreme diets” that never gave me the joy these girls do.
I can honestly say I’ve never felt prouder of my body and what it has been through! Yes, the “market value” of my physique has changed—my skin is stretched and my waist isn’t “snapped back”—but my god, it created a legendary empire of love that I wouldn’t trade for a trillion “likes.” 😱🔥
I saved myself from the “struggles” of my own mind by realizing that I never want Ocean and Story to feel the way I did. I don’t want them to perform the role of a “perfect girl” while their souls give up the ghost. 💸💔✨
I’m out here standing in my power, holding my babies, and telling every future mummy to stop the “audit” on their own bodies. Be kinder to yourself! Remember what YOU did! You didn’t just survive; you produced the most “Priceless” asset in the world. 📸🥵✨
Now, as I prepare to share our story in the upcoming “Life After Little Mix” series, I’m standing here with 40 shades of gratitude in my heart. I’m still “f*cking obsessed” with the woman I’ve become—the woman who realized her “flaws” are actually her medals of honor! 🥵🔥

6Jesy – who rose to fame with Little Mix after winning The X Factor – said she truly appreciated her body’s strength in an emotional Instagram post about motherhood and self-acceptance.
She told fans: “I never thought it would have taken having two beautiful baby girls, that I could have potentially lost, to make me realise how incredible my body actually is.
“33 years of extreme diets, 33 years of putting myself down wishing my belly was flatter, wanting my waist just a little smaller and almost going through with a boob job, to now standing here having this photo taken.”
She continued: “I can honestly say I’ve never felt prouder of my body and what it has been through! Yes my boobs hang lower and my belly is bigger and squishier — it doesn’t look how it used to, but my god it created the best gift that has ever happened to me.
“I cannot wait to show my girls the first place they called home and the place where they defied all the odds.
“If there’s anything I’ve learned over the past 9 months of being pregnant, it’s that I never want my girls to feel the way I did about my body for so many years.”
Jesy also had a message for new and expectant mums, urging them to be gentle with themselves.
She went on: “So to all the future mummies or the mummies that have just given birth, if you’re struggling with how you are feeling in yourself or are maybe even feeling the pressure to ‘snap back,’ just take a moment to remember what YOU did! Be kinder to yourself and remember you are INCREDIBLE!!!”
The post drew floods of supportive comments from fans and friends.
“What a woman, incredible role model mama,” wrote one follower.
Others added: “Incredible woman, incredible mama,” and “2011 Jesy would be so proud.”

Jesy and Zion welcomed the twins at just 31 weeks after Jesy was diagnosed with twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS) — a rare condition that can endanger one or both babies.
Her babies spent time in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) before coming home.
Jesy recently reflected on that experience, saying: “Nothing or no one will ever be able to prepare you as a parent for NICU.
“It’s the most scary overwhelming feeling of emotions not being able to feel like you can protect your babies.
“Naturally as a mother you just want to hold them and comfort them when they cry but you can’t because there are what feels like a million wires coming out of them and tubes and masks in the way with people poking and prodding them, it breaks your heart into a million pieces.
“Having them reunited for the first time ever today was the most magical feeling I will never be able to describe. The strongest little girls I’ve ever known who really do have the most inspiring story to tell.”
Jesy was previously forced to undergo an emergency procedure in March after complications during pregnancy and was advised to remain in hospital until she reached at least 32 weeks.
Through the ordeal, her fiancé Zion said the couple’s bond only grew stronger.
“I think it’s at these times when you really, really know what love you have and what your relationship means,” he told OK! magazine.
