And things certainly hadn’t changed when she attended a swanky party in London on Wednesday night.
The former Made In Chelsea star, 27, pulled out another glamorous creation for a VIP dinner to celebrate the launch of the Wonderland winter issue at Bo Lang in the capital.
Looking like she was born for the catwalk, Millie was glowing in the slinky gold and black jumpsuit.
The star also brazenly flashed her nipple in the partly sheer design, which also highlighted her trim tummy.
Inside the venue, a bronzed Millie chatted to guests and posed for a number of pictures.
