Matha Stewart is weighing in on the latest name in lifestyle television: Meghan Markle.

While promoting her new NBC cooking competition show, Yes, Chef!, Stewart — who’s had multiple eponymous lifestyle shows over the course of her storied career — was asked about Meghan’s new Netflix series, With Love, Meghan.

“Has it started?” Stewart asked in an interview with Access Hollywood about the show, which debuted on March 4.

Admitting she was “curious” to check out the show, Stewart added, “I’ll watch an episode and see how she does.”

Her co-host, Chef José Andrés had nothing but praise for the Duchess of Sussex.

“I love Meghan, that she puts herself out there,” he raved.

Andrés, 55, is well-known for providing food and humanitarian aid in the wake of natural disasters through his nonprofit, World Central Kitchen (WCK). He praised Meghan, 43, and her husband, Prince Harry, for “showing up” alongside him to help victims of the California wildfires earlier this year.

“[She was] not trying to take attention or anything to herself, on the contrary, but it was great that she was there, like many others, front and center,” he recalled. “One more Angeleno next to people that needed hope and empathy.”

One week after its premiere, With Love, Meghan was ranked tenth on Netflix’s global Top 10 Shows Overview list. According to the streamer, the premiere season amassed 2.6 million views and 12.6 million hours watched in the first week alone.

With Love, Meghan ranked seventh on Netflix’s Top 10 Shows chart in the United Kingdom and tenth on the platform’s Top 10 list in the United States.

Season two of With Love, Meghan has already been filmed and will hit Netflix queues this fall.
