Jeff Brazier posted a video on Instagram detailing what he’s grateful for, inadvertently making many followers very grateful in the process.

We’ve all been guilty of posting an image on social media (or eBay!) without checking what’s in the background, and poor old Jeff has also come a cropper with not checking his shots first.

But judging by the comments, no one’s complaining.

While posting a good-natured video to Instagram detailing all of the things he was grateful for that day, he missed the fact that he was stark b*ll*ck naked in the background behind him. And thus giving his followers a reason to be grateful.

During chat on his ‘one minute of gratitude’ Jeff filmed himself chatting away unaware of the mirror behind him.

The 38-year-old said: ‘I’m grateful that I got to train with Kate and Garry Stanley today.

‘We did kettlebells – it’s going to hurt in the morning. I’m grateful Fred worked hard on his homework.

‘I’m grateful Bobby was in a lovely mood when I picked him up from the station.

He continued: ‘I’m grateful for that I got to speak to a lot of my best friends today.

‘I’m grateful I got the bike rack made that’s going to go on the back of my smart car so I can cycle tomorrow morning.

‘I got loads done today.’

All the while he sparked a steady stream of gratitude from his followers.

‘Brilliant shot! I’m very grateful!’ one wrote.

‘Grateful for well-placed mirrors,’ added another.

‘There’s a lot of grateful women on this post tonight!’ a third pointed out.

His new fiance Kate Dwyer is clearly a lucky girl!

Although Jeff is really the lucky one, as Kate recently accepted his proposal while the pair holidayed in Ibiza.

Kate revealed their happy news on Sunday, sharing a photo of them from this week’s Hello! magazine, writing alongside it ‘@jeffbrazier asked me to be his wife and made me the happiest girl in the world.’

Jeff confessed he’d checked with his sons before popping the question, giving Bobby, 14 and Freddy, 13 a say before Kate could say yes.

Perhaps he should get them to check his uploads from now on too.
