Actress Lux Pascal has expressed her desire to join older brother Pedro Pascal in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This comes ahead of The Last of Us star’s highly anticipated MCU debut as Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic in The Fantastic Four: First Steps, which will arrive in theaters on July 25, 2025.

What is Lux Pascal’s dream MCU role?
In a recent interview, Lux Pascal confirmed that her dream MCU role is playing Jean Grey in Marvel Studios’ long-awaited X-Men movies, as she feels connected with the hero’s journey. The fan-favorite Marvel character was previously played my Famke Janssen and Sophie Turner in Fox’s X-Men franchise.
“I feel so connected to her, both physically and mentally, and how she becomes Phoenix because she’s corrupted by the world,” she shared.
Getting the opportunity to join the MCU would definitely become a full circle moment between her and brother Pedro Pascal, especially after they’ve always talk together about these kinds of movies when they were younger. Lux added, “It would be beautiful to finally engage in the conversations we would have when I was a kid and he was a young adult, and we were both dreaming about movies.”
Lux Pascal will next be seen in the upcoming Netflix movie Miss Carbón, which will serve as her first ever leading role in a film. Prior to this, she has appeared in shows like Los 80, Juana Brava, and Narcos. At the moment, she’s currently in production for the English-language romantic comedy Love & Chaos.
