Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s Beverly Hills mansion has received a sizable price cut.
The former couple publicly listed the sprawling 38,000-square-foot estate for $68 million in July 2024. On Tuesday, May 6, the asking price was slashed by $8 million after ten months on the market, bringing the price down to $59,950,000, real estate listings show.
Lopez, 55, and Affleck, 52, purchased the property for $60,805,000 in May 2023, almost a year after they wed in July 2022. To sell at the current price would mean a relatively modest $855,000 loss for the pair.
The home features 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, as well as a bar, sports lounge, fully-equipped gym, boxing ring and courts for basketball and pickleball. Additional features include a 12-car garage, 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, caretaker house and a two-bedroom guardhouse.

The exes publicly listed the property days after they spent the Fourth of July apart last year, sparking speculation that there was trouble in their marriage. Affleck spent the holiday in Los Angeles while Lopez celebrated in the Hamptons.
One month later, the “Let’s Get Loud” singer officially filed for divorce from the Gone Girl actor on the second anniversary of their traditional wedding ceremony in Georgia, held on Aug. 20, 2022. At the time of the divorce filing, a source told PEOPLE that Lopez was “was done waiting,” adding that “she tried really hard to make things work and is heartbroken.”
Before their split, PEOPLE reported in June 2024 that Lopez and Affleck were quietly shopping their shared mansion off-market, a common tactic to maintain privacy for high-profile sellers. However, they decided to publicly list the home one month later.
The $68 million mansion has a spacious layout, a gym, a pickleball court, office space and accommodated both families. Affleck shares three children — Violet, 19, Seraphina, 16 and Samuel, 13 — with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, while Lopez shares twins Max and Emme, 17, with ex-husband Marc Anthony.
The location was challenging for Affleck. “His life’s in Brentwood. His kids live there,” one source said. “It was such a pain and time consuming for Ben to navigate traffic from their house.”

Since then, Affleck purchased a new house for himself in Los Angeles for $20.5 million the same month their shared mansion was publicly listed. Lopez also purchased a new home near Los Angeles for about $18 million, PEOPLE reported in March 2025.
